Upper Southampton Basketball is a volunteer run program that operates with very little margin as we want our programs to be financially accessible to the community. There are many factors that impact our ability to issue refunds, including, overhead cost of organizing, operating, and maintaining leagues & camps, ordering uniforms, and hiring/paying referees, as well as the limited number of spots available for each program/team.
For all Skills, Drills, Camp Programs
No refunds will be issued after registration is paid due to the limited number of participant slots that are available for said programs. If a refund request is in writing, and sent to southamptonbasketball@gmail.com, ten days prior to the start date of the program, then a partial refund, less any administrative, processing, handling fees, is within the discretion of the Board of Directors.
For Summer League & In-House League
No refunds will be issued after registration is paid due to the limited number of participant slots, and the timing constraints to organize team assignments.
For Travel Leagues
